1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from www.siliconegenie.com , you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all commercial transactions, website usage, and interactions between Siliconegenie and customers located within Europe and the United States.
2. Orders & Commercial Operations
   Siliconegenie offers kitchen utility items, including silicone spatulas and ladle sets, directly to consumers. We oversee the fulfillment and packaging workflow internally to ensure proper preparation prior to dispatch. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order under appropriate administrative circumstances.
3. Shipping, Fulfillment & Risk of Loss
   Carriers & Transit Times: We collaborate with international carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS Priority, to fulfill orders for customers across Europe and the United States. Standard delivery typically requires approximately 7 to 10 business days.

Tracking Notifications: Automated status updates and tracking details are dispatched to the customer’s designated email address at key milestones, including order fulfillment, transit handover, and local postal routing.

Carrier Delays & Investigations: If an order exceeds standard shipping expectations, we will initiate an official investigation with the respective carrier. Depending on the investigation outcome, we will determine appropriate resolution, which may include reshipment or refund arrangements.

Risk of Loss (EU & US Compliance): In strict accordance with European consumer protection legislation (including the Consumer Rights Directive), the risk of damage or loss of goods remains with Siliconegenie and only transfers to the consumer upon physical receipt of the items by the consumer (or a designated third party indicated by the consumer other than the carrier). For United States transactions, commercial shipping terms are managed in alignment with applicable federal and state guidelines.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Returns (EU & US Standards)
   14-Day Right of Withdrawal: Consumers residing within the European Union possess a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their goods, without providing any justification. To exercise this right, customers must notify us via email at silicone@siliconegenie.com within the 14-day window.

Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives with defects or damage, customers may contact our support team via email at silicone@siliconegenie.com and provide photographic evidence of the defect. Upon verification of the submitted evidence, we will process a refund or replacement. To streamline resolution for damaged goods, physical return of the damaged item is not required; digital photographic documentation is sufficient.
